SHIPPING

Most items are shipped within 1 to 2 weeks of transaction date. Larger items may take 3 to 4 weeks to ship. Standard shipping rate is USPS Parcel Services, which takes 2 to 9 business days.   Expedited shipping is available upon request at an additional cost to the buyer (USPS Priority Mail/ FedEx 3Day Select, which is usually delivered within 1-3 business days.)  Buyer must request quicker shipping prior to placing order for adjusted shipping charges, please send a message before placing your order.

All items are shipped fully insured, and if an item is damaged in transit and needs to be returned, or is lost in transit, an insurance claim will have to be filed first. Please let me know if your item arrives in any other condition than perfect!

RETURNS / REFUNDS

PLEASE read all item information prior to making your purchase! I want you to be satisfied with your purchase, and I want you to know exactly what you are getting and how it works!  Refunds will only be issued prior to item shipment, or if item arrives damaged or is lost during shipping. Please contact me within five days of transaction date to request transaction cancellation.

Each Item is made-to-order, and is a unique piece.  Most items will appear very similarly to the photos in their respective listings, unless changes or variations are requested by you.
